Purchase a HERO Banner and have your family member's service to this great country honored along the street of the City of Dunkirk. Veterans must live or have lived in the City of Dunkirk at the time of service.
Complete the application at https://cityofdunkirkherobannerprogram.com/ and submit along with a picture of your loved one. Application assistance is offered by the Dunkirk Public Library 716-366-2511. If you are having any issues submitting your application, or if you want to fill out a paper application, please ask for Michelle at the Library.
