Dunkirk Senior Center Windows Replacement

LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUOTES – SENIOR CENTER WINDOWS INSTALL

The City of Dunkirk’s Department of Planning and Development is soliciting quotes from qualified companies to provide replacement windows for the CDBG Funded Senior Center Improvements Project in the Chautauqua County Office for the Aging located at 45 Cliffstar Court, Dunkirk, NY 14048. Quote proposals shall be received by the City Clerk, 342 Central Avenue, Dunkirk, NY 14048 through Feb 28^th, 2023 at 10:00 am EST.

Quoted proposal pricing shall include the following: replacement of the following existing aluminum windows in offices: (1) Approx. 96” x 79”, (1) Approx. 144” x 48”, (1) Approx. 79” x 48” and (1) Approx. 96” x 48 windows. Windows are Tubelite thermal storefront with operable vents, Low-E Tempered insulated glass with Dark Bronze finish. The functionality and appearance of the new windows should be similar in layout to the existing windows to be replaced. Removal and disposal of existing windows and installation of new Aluminum windows along with all caulking at work site to existing finishes to remain. Davis-Bacon wage regulations required and to be included in quote proposal. Project contract terms is 6 months. Quoted proposals and contracts will have HUD Form 4010 and HUD Form 5370 regulations apply.

All NYS counties are invited to quote. The City reserves the right to reject any or all quote proposals
