2022 City Demolitions Phase 2 - Asbestos Abatement
Proposals will be received in the Housing, Building and Zoning Office located at 342 Central Avenue, Dunkirk NY 14048 until 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, for asbestos abatement at 44 West Second Street (79.14-3-65), Dunkirk New York as part of the City’s partnership with the Chautauqua County Land Bank Corporation.

This contract is subject to the higher of the New York Department of Labor and Federal Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rate determinations.
