Mayor Rosas discusses Compassionate Leadership

Mayor Rosas sat on the discussion panel yesterday, along with Mayor of Fredonia Doug Essek, Life Coach Mike Tramuta, and Fredonia State University President Stephen Kolison to talk about Compassionate Leadership. The panel was held at Fredonia State University in regards to Dunkirk born author Donato Tramuto. His most recent book launch titled “The Double Bottom Line” highlights how compassionate leaders activate hearts and deliver results. Tramuto stopped in the City of Dunkirk along his book tour route, giving the opportunity to local leadership to discuss his writings and ideas.
