S&T Redemption Center Ribbon Cutting

The City of Dunkirk would like to welcome the Downtown Business District’s newest small business, S&T Redemption. Owners Tommy Roque and Stacy Elmore, along with their partner Luis Pupo, held a grand opening celebration on Thursday afternoon. The new businesses owners are excited to offer this service to the residents in the City. Mr. Roque stated “Our store is in a great location that is walkable and makes it easier for residents that may not have access to transportation.” S&T Redemption is located at 417 Central Avenue and is open Monday – Friday from 10:00am-6:00PM.
