Flickinger Building (208-214 Washington Avenue)
The Dunkirk Local Development Corporation purchased 208-214 Washington Avenue in 2009. Environmental remediation is currently taking place. Future plans for redevelopment are in planning stages. The Colby Development Burke Company is the preferred developer.

Clarion Hotel Refinancing Project
Clarion Hotel refinance project. We accepted subordination to the refinance first mortgage, provided sales tax and mortgage tax incentives to the project.
23-25 Lake Shore Dr. E
The project includes a 4 story masonry building that will be redeveloped as a mixed use building with doctor's office and physical therapy office on the first floor and market rate apartments of various sizes on the top three floors. This project was provided sales tax and mortgage recording tax incentives, as well as a restore NY Grant secured through the City's Planning and Development Department. The project is estimated to be completed in the summer of 2021.
