NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Housing, Building and Zoning, City Hall/Stearns Building-Second Floor, Dunkirk, New York no later than 10:00 A.M. EST January 11, 2022 and publicly opened on behalf of the Chautauqua County Land Bank at that time for the DEMOLITION of the following COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES:

 

206 Main Street – SBL: 79.15-1-7

210-212 Main Street – SBL: 79.15-1-10
