Councilman Michalski is serving his second term of office beginning in 2012. He currently heads up the Finance Committee and sits on the Public Works and Personnel Committees.
A lifelong resident of Dunkirk, he believes in a positive and professional approach to solving issues facing residents and city government. "I believe in order to be an effective councilman, one should have an independent voice, listen to the concerns of city residents and present questions on issues when they arise."
